I finally see a difference in the scale. Yeah!!! Losing weight by mostly watching what I eat and weight lifting makes me feel like losing one pound is  comparable to five. –This might be merely my fantasy– But the point is, after 50 days I see a change in the scale. 50 Damn days.  Good thing I was focused on the habit and not the results.

Stayed focused all day: check

I cleaned for 10 minutes

500 Words: check.
