They say it takes 30 days to develop a habit. WooHoo! I’ve successfully tracked my goals for 30 days! It would be so cool if I can do this every day for five years. Wow. I just had a serious nerd moment. Anyways, yeah. 30 days. and I still haven’t explained much about my systems, but I will. I promise.
30 days of straight accountability.
I wanted to develop a habit of posting every day to remind myself about my goals, and to create a balance between home, writing, work, and health. It worked. I’m working out, I’m writing, and I’m paying more attention to the kids.
