Weekend Update: July 18 and 19, 2015

System Streak Day 20 and 21.

Rating: Needs Improvement. I ate too much and didn’t do my Sunday chores.

Morning System:
I woke at 6:30 on Saturday and Sunday and wrote for a few hours

Home system:
I did almost no cleaning.  I did cook for the kids and wash clothes though.

Health systems:
straight to the gym from work: No Gym on the weekend
one helping of food: Failed
below calories: Failed and now I feel fat and bloated.

I did count calories, if it wasn’t for the sodas, I’d probably would have been under my goal.


It’s time to progress out of marketing and get to writing. I think this’ll help me get out of my funk.
